The Festival Headquarters, situated in Redcliffe Hotel, Paignton remains open throughout the Easter Festival for queries and assistance to all players.

The Festival takes place over 4 days and includes 6 games. Teams can opt to play a seventh game if they wish but this must be requested at the time of registration.

Teams are asked to register by 9^th March 2012 when registration costs £135 per team which covers all players' fees and all games. The registration cost after this date rises to £160 so book your place early.

It is expected that teams will arrange their own accommodation, though the Festival committee will offer advice if consulted. All teams are requested to check in at Festival Headquarters on their arrival either on the Thursday evening or Friday morning if possible. Teams will be notified of the Fixture List by post before the Easter period commences.

All basic rules of hockey apply to festival games. Additional ruling is listed below

• All games will be played for 30 minutes each way and must be started and completed on time.
• Each side is asked to provide it's own umpire
• Each game must be completed on time. In the case of a delayed start, games should be reduced in time.
• The first named team provides the game ball

Information required from the Team Secretary following registration is as follows:

• Team List with names of personnel
• Hotel address and telephone number
• A mobile phone contact number
• Colours
• Umpires
• Number of 25 year men, and those who might achieve it in the current year
• Spare players if any
• If you arrive on Friday, whether you will go to your hotel or straight to the first game.
